On or about each of the Drawing Dates listed above, an independent judging organization will conduct a random drawing to select the potential winner(s) from among the applicable eligible entries as described above. See Sections 6 and 7 below for additional prize details and restrictions. See Section 8 below for winner notification details. Eligible non-winning entries received during a particular Entry Period will be included any subsequent applicable drawing(s). Prize Limit: a person or household will be allowed to claim no more than one (1) prize having an ARV of $600 or more, plus no more than one (1) prize having an ARV of less than $600.

The ARV of all prizes available to be won is $40,758.68.

Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period.

Potential winners will become confirmed winners (each a “Winner”) after meeting all requirements in these Official Rules. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected by the means set forth above. No one is a Winner unless and until the Administrator or its designee officially confirms them as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Potential winners may be required to sign and return a properly completed Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, a Publicity Release (where allowable) and/or provide a copy of a valid government-issued identification card as proof of age and identity, any of which must be returned by the date and time specified by Administrator or its designee, as a condition of acceptance of a prize. In addition, potential winners of a prize valued at $600.00 or more will be required to properly complete, sign and return an IRS W-9 form to Administrator or its designee, by the date and time specified by Administrator or its designee. Information from the W-9 form will only be used to fulfill tax obligations in connection with this Sweepstakes and for no other purpose. Each Winner of a prize valued at $600.00 or more will receive an IRS 1099-Misc tax form for the value of the prize. All taxes (including without limitation Federal, state and local taxes) in connection with a prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the applicable Winner. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize not specified as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the applicable Winner. Physical prizes, gift cards, and checks (if any) will be awarded within approximately sixty (60) days after the Winners have been verified. Physical prizes will only be shipped to a valid physical address within the 48 Contiguous United States or DC. Any lost, damaged or stolen prizes will not be replaced. Gift cards, gift codes, and gift certificates, if any, are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including those printed/referenced on the cards/certificates or accompanying materials. Unless otherwise indicated in any applicable manufacturer's warranty information, all prizes are awarded as-is and without warranty of any kind, implied or express.

No substitution of a prize will be allowed, except Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value if any listed prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable and are void if sold or exchanged for compensation. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion. Actual value of a prize may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. The ARV of each prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein. Winners must be able to accept the prizes as presented or the prize may be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the applicable Entry Period, in Administrator's sole discretion.

Any Winner or potential winner may be disqualified in Sponsor/Administrator's sole discretion if: (a) they cannot be contacted or verified in the applicable manner detailed in these Official Rules; (b) they fail to reply or to provide any required information or properly completed documents within the required time period; (c) they fail to comply with any of the terms of these Official Rules; or (d) if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable. In the event of disqualification of a Winner or potential winner, at Sponsor/Administrator's sole discretion the applicable prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the applicable Entry Period, pending verification of eligibility. No responsibility is assumed for any incorrect or missing contact information associated with an entry, or any change of such contact information after entry submission.

At the time of notification, the potential Grand Prize winner will be presented with the option to indicate their preference of either: (a) the “Grand Prize Trip” as described below; OR (b) a check in the amount of $3,500 made payable to the confirmed Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Cash Alternative”) in lieu of all elements of the Grand Prize Trip. Potential Grand Prize winner's choice in this regard is final and binding.

The Grand Prize Trip (if selected) consists of a three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest to attend a the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball concert in Miami, Florida on December 21, 2024 (the “Concert”), including: round trip coach air travel to the Miami, Florida area for Winner and one (1) guest from the major gateway airport closest to Winner's residence (airports determined solely by Administrator); double occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights at a hotel selected by Administrator; admission for Winner and one (1) guest to the Concert; a non-private meet-and-greet opportunity for winner and one (1) guest with a Concert artist as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to availability (the “Meet and Greet Opportunity”); and a grand total of $1,500 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winner and/or prepaid debit cards (intended to be used by the Winner for meals, ground transportation, and/or to help offset a portion of Winner’s tax liability, but issued without restriction). The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize Trip is $6,550. Actual value of prize may vary depending on point of departure and fare/rate fluctuations. Grand Prize Trip must be taken on dates selected by Administrator in its sole discretion, currently anticipated to be departing on December 20, 2024, and returning on December 23, 2024, but subject to change as deemed necessary in Administrator’s sole discretion, or trip will be forfeited in its entirety. There is no retail value ascribed to the Meet and Greet Opportunity. If the Meet and Greet Opportunity portion of the Grand Prize Trip cannot be awarded due to unavailability or any other reason, no alternative compensation will be provided. All travel arrangements must be made through the Administrator or Administrator's designee. Use of Concert tickets is subject to terms printed/referenced on the ticket. Certain other restrictions may apply. Grand Prize Trip Winner and their guest must travel together on the same itinerary. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Trip Winner and their guest to provide proper travel documentation (including government issued picture identification and/or passport, as required). Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Administrator reserves the right to structure travel route and select accommodations in its sole and absolute discretion. Grand Prize Trip Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. The round-trip air transportation element for the prize begins and ends at the point of departure. Each prize is subject to seat and accommodation availability, as well as Sponsor’s terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, round trip coach air travel is limited to one plane seat per traveler. Released Parties (as defined in Section 10 below) shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Released Parties are not liable for any missed prize events, missed opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Additional prize award details and travel information may be provided to the Winner at the time of notification. Grand Prize Trip Winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor/Administrator have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Grand Prize Trip Winner’s guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of departure (unless Winner is guest’s parent or legal guardian, which is the only situation where a person under age 18 may participate as guest of the Winner). Grand Prize Trip Winner’s guest (or Winner, on behalf of themselves and guest, if guest is under age 18 and Winner is guest’s parent or legal guardian) must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents, by the date specified in Administrator (or its designee’s) request, or such travel guest may be disqualified in Administrator’s sole discretion. Once a travel guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Administrator's sole and absolute discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contest, and those set forth by Administrator’s transportation carrier(s) of choice. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, Concert tickets, or other prizes will not be replaced or exchanged. If the Grand Prize Trip Winner lives within 200 miles of the concert venue (as determined by Administrator), Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare, and any difference in value will not be awarded. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are not included as part of any prize package, and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to: taxes, meals and beverages, ground transportation, travel insurance, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Grand Prize Trip Winner or their guest must provide hotel with a major credit card issued in one of their names to cover room security and incidental expenses, if any. Further, the hotel may require the person providing the major credit card to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, which may require the Winner to select a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, if Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty (20). Transportation carrier, venue, and accommodation regulations and conditions apply. In the event the Grand Prize Trip Winner (and/or their guest) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor/Administrator reserve the right to terminate the Winner’s (and/or their guest’s) participation in the Grand Prize Trip early. By accepting the Grand Prize Trip, the Winner and their guest represent that they understand that travel, whether by plane, automobile, or other conveyance, or by foot, and in the air, contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, or other agencies, known or unknown. Winner and their guest represent that they recognize that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the trip. In order to be considered a Winner and partake of the enjoyment of this trip, Winner and their guest must be willing to accept the risk, and to confirm their acceptance to such risk in writing at Administrator's request. Grand Prize Trip Winner and their guest fully understand that: (i) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (ii) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines, can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (iii) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (iv) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.

1. FOR THE GRAND PRIZE: Administrator or its designee will attempt an initial notification of the potential Grand Prize winner by phone at the phone number associated with potential Grand Prize winner's entry, between the hours of 12:00 PM (Noon) MT and 3:00 PM MT on Friday, December 13, 2024. To be eligible to claim the Grand Prize, potential Grand Prize winner must answer the telephone in person when called and verbally confirm their identity/eligibility and intention to claim the Grand Prize, including their verbal agreement that they intend to claim either: (a) the Grand Prize trip, which requires confirmation of availability for themselves and their travel companion to travel to Miami, Florida on December 20-23, 2024; or (b) the Grand Prize Cash Alternative. No telephone messages will be left for a potential Grand Prize winner, and a potential Grand Prize winner will only be telephoned one time for attempted prize notification. Grand Prize initial notification attempts not satisfactorily completed within three (3) minutes (as determined by Administrator or its designee, in their sole discretion) may be deemed unsuccessful, and an alternative potential Grand Prize winner will be selected (in a random drawing from among all applicable entries) and notification attempted until a potential Grand Prize winner is reached who complies with the requirements of this section.
2. FOR ALL OTHER PRIZES, EXCLUDING THE GRAND PRIZE: Administrator or its designee will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact each potential winner by phone and/or email, within forty-eight (48) hours of the applicable drawing. A potential winner must reply as specified within forty-eight (48) hours after the time of the attempted notification, or they will be disqualified.
